Vijnana Bhairava Tantra
151: The greatest contemplation is that state where one is absorbed into the shakti of Rudra. Otherwise in the case of the (non-dual)Reality, how can there be any worship and who is it that is to be gratified?
152: One's own self is verily the all-pervasive bliss of freedom and the essence of consciousness. Absorption into that nature or form of one's own self is said to be the real bath (purification).
153: The offerings with which worship is done, the objects with which the Highest Reality (para) together with His highest Sakti (para) is sought to be satisfied, and the worshippers are all one and the same. So whence or from where this worship is done?
154: Prana, the breath of exhalation goes out and apana, the breath of inhalation (jiva) enters in on their own accord (icchaya). The great goddess (kundalini) stretches up and becomes the supreme place of pilgrimage of both manifest and unmanifest.
155: In that great goddess there is the great joy (of the conjunction of 'sa' and 'ha' i.e. of the mantra soham or hamsa) which is like a yajna or sacrifice. Pursuing it and resting in it one becomes identified with the great goddess and thus (through her) one attains to bhairava.
